Ingredients

4 c. sliced potatoes
1 lb. browned hamburger, drained
1/2 c. milk
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Place sliced potatoes (parboiled and drained) in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place hamburger over potatoes.
Mix milk and cheese soup together (heat a little to mix), then pour over the hamburger.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over the soup.
Bake for 45 minutes in covered pan.
Uncover and sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and slices of Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake until cheese melts.
