Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed and divided
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 lb. krab or dungeness crab
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 medium onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
5 eggs
3 c. milk or more
salt and pepper to taste
seasonings, Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses to taste
Preparation

Saute onions, pepper and celery until soft.
Layer bread, vegetables, krab (or crab) in large casserole dish, ending with bread. Combine eggs, milk, soup, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Pour over casserole mixture.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until browned and set.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
