Spanish Omelette Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 4 oz. can mushroom pieces
    1 5 oz. green pepper, sliced and cut (approx. 1 c.)
    1 large onion sliced and cut (approx. 1 c.)
    2 small stalks celery and leaves (approx 1 1/3 c.)
    2 6 oz. cans water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic (I use more)
    1 very small hot pepper or a few flakes
    1/4 tsp. dried basil or few fresh leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, and simmer for 1/2 hour. Makes 3 pints.
