Frosty Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz. each) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain oranges; reserve syrup and add water to make 1 cup.
Chill the mixture until slightly thickened.
Blend in oranges and sherbet; pour into 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
