Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine, softened
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup pecan pieces
    1/2 cup raisins
    9 inch pie crust
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Put into unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
