Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. bran flakes
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. light molasses
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin cups.
    Toast bran flakes in oven for 5 minutes; cool.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
    Stir in bran flakes.
    Beat eggs at low speed; add brown sugar, then molasses.
    Beat in milk and salad oil.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Spoon into cups.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove immediately to wire rack.
    Contain 150 calories each.
