Chicken Dinner Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can chicken a la king
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. garlic croutons
1 large crust
Preparation

Combine chicken and pimento.
Heat thoroughly.
In a 10-inch skillet, cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Add croutons. Toss lightly. Divide crust in halves.
Place vegetables in crusts and fold.
Bake until crust is done at 375\u00b0.
Pour chicken mixture over baked crust.
