Hamburger Milk Gravy Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ground 90% lean turkey or beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 c. chopped cooked potatoes (12 oz.)
    1/2 c. canned sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    In a large skillet, sprayed with vegetable oil (like Pam), brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Add chopped potatoes and mushrooms. Mix well to combine.
    Continue cooking until potatoes start to brown.
