Spiced Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon (keep liquor)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. water
1/2 doz. cloves
cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Place in pan the liquid from the salmon with the butter, lemon juice, water and cloves.
When it begins to boil, add salmon (free from skin and bones).
Season with cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
Boil several minutes; serve on crackers.
