Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, pared
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    pats of butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salt water until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, mixing well.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with pats of butter.
    Cover. Potatoes may be stored in refrigerator for several days.
    Before baking, sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
