Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburg or Italian sausage
    1 pkg. spinach
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    3 cloves garlic
    1 lemon
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    1 egg, beaten
    shells
    Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Making sure water has been drained from all, mix chopped spinach, sausage (or hamburg), cottage cheese, garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon, cheese, salt, pepper, oregano and egg.
    Cook shells ahead of time and chill.
