Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples
    1 c. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar (depending on desired sweetness)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. butter
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Peel and slice apples and place in baking dish.
    In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add unbeaten egg and mix until crumbly.
    Pour over apple slices.
    Melt butter and pour over top of crumb mixture slowly.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
