Boursin Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 cloves
 
16 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. dill
8 oz. unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. each: salt, basil, marjoram and chives
Preparation
- 
                            Crush garlic and add juice to all ingredients.
 
Mix well and place in a plastic wrap lined mold or dish.
Chill overnight. Remove when hard and coat with black pepper.
Very good served with Wheat Thins.
