Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Add vanilla and zucchini. Blend in dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
