Chopped Chicken Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cartons chicken livers
    4-5 medium onions
    5 hard boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 Tbsp. chicken fat
Preparation
    Saute chicken livers in chicken fat after onions are completly sauted.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Additional fat may need to be added.
    In food processor slice eggs.
    Then put all ingredients together including liquid and blend.
    Chill overnight.
    Serve with triscuit crackers.
