Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. broken Ritz crackers
    Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
    Mix gently.
    Add chopped pecans and Ritz crackers.
    Pour into a greased pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
