Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot potatoes, bite size
    6 to 8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    6 frankfurters, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and bacon.
    Set aside. Fry onion in bacon drippings until light brown. Add flour and blend.
    Add sugar, salt, vinegar and water.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Mix in celery, parsley and frankfurters.
    Pour mixture over potatoes and bacon.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Serve hot.
