Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
salt and pepper
butter
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cut baked potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise, without breaking skin. Scoop out inside and mash.
Season with salt, pepper, butter and chopped parsley.
Refill potato skins.
Moisten tops with a few drops of milk.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Brown in 400\u00b0 oven.
