Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
2 doz. corn tortillas
1 can green chilies
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut up tortillas.
Put 1/2 chicken on bottom of pan in layers. Add 1/3 of chicken, cheese and chilies.
Make 2 more layers. Pour diluted soup over this.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
