Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    5 1/2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. whipping cream
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat 4 eggs; add sugar gradually, then add 5 1/2 cups of half and half and 2 cups whipping cream.
    Add 2 tablespoons vanilla and dash of salt for taste.
    Freeze in ice cream freezer.
    Makes one gallon.
