Bean Sprout And Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (14 oz.) sauerkraut (with juice)
    2 (14 oz.) bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Combine and boil for 3 minutes the first 8 ingredients.
    Pour boiled liquid over onion, celery and pepper.
    Add remainder of ingredients.
    Chill before serving.
