Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 small green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble beef into a 2-quart ovenware casserole dish.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook in microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Cook in microwave for 12 to 13 minutes.
