Heavenly Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c sugar
    2/3 c heavy cream
    3 Tbsp light corn syrup
    4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, for about 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in chocolate and butter with a wire whisk until completely blended and smooth, Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
