My Mother'S Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes with liquid, cut up
    1/2 tsp. onion salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar, divided
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serves four.
