French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients well, adding coconut last.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
