Oven Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 medium red or white potatoes
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Wash and cube potatoes.
Leave skins on.
Mix potatoes, olive oil and onion soup mix together in a bowl.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves about 4 people.
