Quick Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 cans refrigerated biscuits (10 oz. size)
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Sprinkle pecans in bottom of well-greased Bundt pan.
Set aside.
Combine sugars and cinnamon.
Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll each piece in cinnamon and sugar mixture and layer in pan. Combine brown sugar and butter.
Pour over dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, then invert onto serving plate.
Makes one 10-inch coffee cake.
