Zucchini Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 medium size zucchini
    4 c. Corn Chex cereal, crushed to 1 c.
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine flour and seasonings.
    Add egg, milk and oil; mix until smooth.
    Cut zucchini in halves crosswise; cut each half into 8 wedges to form fries.
    Remove seeds.
    Dip each fry into flour mixture; drain off excess, then roll in crumbs to coat all sides.
    Crush more cereal if needed.
    Fry in deep, hot fat (360\u00b0) for about 2 minutes, or until golden.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Best served hot.
