Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 1/2 oz. or 1 1/3 c.) can coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour in unbaked shell.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
