Red Pepper Haste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 large onions
    1 large head cabbage
    1 c. salt
    5 c. white vinegar
    5 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. mustard seed
Preparation
    Cut up fine, or use food processor.
    Cover with salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain well.
    Add the vinegar.
    Add the mustard seed.
    Cook until well heated and the sugar is melted.
    Do not boil.
    Pack in hot jars and seal.
