Beef Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 flour tortillas, warm
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef skirt steak or round steak
    1/2 c. fresh lime juice
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 onion, sliced in rings
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 green bell pepper
Preparation
    Cut beef into 4 pieces.
    Put in plastic bag with lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Close bag and marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 30 hours or overnight.
