Golden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 small pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Drain fruit, saving syrup.
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water; cool, add juice from fruit.
    Cool completely.
    Add pineapple and marshmallows.
    Push down into jello and place in refrigerator and congeal.
    Mix Cool Whip and mayonnaise.
    Spread on top of salad.
    Grate cheese and scatter on top of salad.
    This will keep in refrigerator several days.
    Especially good with meats.
