Coconut-Oat Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. oats, rolled
    3 c. milk (soy or nut)
    1 c. coconut (fine)
    1 c. cooked cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Blend cornmeal with milk and coconut.
    Stir in remaining ingredients with spoon.
    Let sit 1 hour or more in refrigerator. Bake on piping hot ungreased waffle iron until done.
