Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. ice water
    oil (for frying)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and let stand for 2 hours.
    Make 1/2-inch balls and fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
    Drain and roll in powdered sugar.
