Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. oil or fat
2 c. yellow corn meal
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 for shiny metal pan or to 375\u00b0 for dark metal or glass baking pan.
Grease an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
