Ingredients

6 c. self-rising flour
3 sticks oleo
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Beat eggs.
Add sugar, then add cooled, melted oleo.
Gradually add flour until very stiff dough.
Pinch dough the size of English walnuts and place on greased cookie sheet. Take a bowl of sugar and dip a round potato masher in it, then mash dough balls nearly flat.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until slightly browned.
Makes 6 to 9 dozen.
