Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans asparagus
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Drain asparagus; melt butter and blend in flour.
Add milk gradually.
Cook slow until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and salt.
Pour over asparagus in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
