Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. taco hot sauce
    1 small tomato, seeded and finely diced
    24 large fresh mushrooms (stems removed)
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Total Cooking Time: 5 1/2 to 7 minutes in microwave.
    Makes 2 dozen.
