Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
4 c. peeled and sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. plus 2/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

In a shallow casserole dish, combine apples, sugar, 1 tablespoon Bisquick and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, mix the 2/3 cup Bisquick with brown sugar.
Cut in the butter.
Stir in milk. Drop by spoonful onto apples.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 to 7 minutes.
(Substitute apples with peaches for variation.)
