Cheddar Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Beat all ingredients.
If necessary, add more milk for desired consistency.
Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
Stir before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
