Ginger Candied Carrots(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch lengths
    4 Tbsp. sweet butter, melted
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Cook carrots in cold water until tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan; add brown sugar, ginger and caraway seed. Drain carrots; return to pot and add butter mixture.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve immediately.
