Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Put all into blender at low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
    Sprinkle 1 cup coconut over the top.
    Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve warm or cold.
