* Barbecue Meatballs * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. minced onion
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. molasses or brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients and shape into 12 meatballs. Brown in oil in skillet; remove excess fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
    Simmer over low heat 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently, until meatballs are well glazed. Serve over rice or noodles as desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
