Donna'S Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. light sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant harvest fresh frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    3 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and blend well.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
    Serve with crisp vegetables.
