Pumpkin Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (Libby's)
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and
spices.
Add to egg and mix well. Blend in pumpkin.
Add
milk
gradually.
Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
