Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimientos, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes slightly. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour into large rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Do not open oven during baking.
