Marinated Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Blanch asparagus until tender. Put in cold water to stop cooking action and drain. Mix the remaining items together except egg yolk. Pour over asparagus. Add chopped egg yolk over top and serve.
