German Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    10 oz. ground pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat three whole eggs and five egg yolks and sugar together for six minutes.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Beat five egg whites until stiff and fold carefully into cake batter.
    Put in two 9-inch pans and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
