Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. firm tofu, crumbled and drained
4 Tbsp. brewer's yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. soy cheese (Mozzarella style), shredded
10 oz. box chopped frozen spinach, thawed, drained and cooked
1 pkg. large shells
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients, then add spinach.
Cook shells according to package.
Slightly cover bottom of baking dish with spaghetti sauce.
Stuff shells with mixture and place in baking dish.
Pour spaghetti sauce over shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
