Cheddar Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. In bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add cheese and butter. Mix until crumbly. Add milk. Mix until mixture forms a dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Shape into a ball. Pat to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Makes 15 biscuits.
